Shipping & returns

There are a number of products on our web store that cannot be shipped and are labelled accordingly. These must be picked up in-store, at no additional charge. Products that are marked "special order" may not be in our current inventory and may take 1-3 additional days for us to ship. We will always call and/or e-mail you when an order is ready to be picked up.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please choose the appropriate expedited shipping method during checkout. By default, all orders are shipped via UPS. We do our best to ship your order soon as we can, but cannot guarantee delivery dates, as weather, volume, and travel may delay delivery. In-stock items will typically ship same or next day, and special order items may take 1-3 days.

We insure all packages for the value of its contents. Tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as it is available.
