Latex inner tubes are one of the quickest, most affordable upgrades you can make to your bike. Not only are they several grams lighter than traditional butyl tubes, they are more elastic and have greater puncture resistance, too. Being thinner and more flexible than butyl, they also have less rolling resistance, which means a smoother, more comfortable ride for you.
